Beyond the material: the team that builds the application
Vektör Enerji is not only a supplier but an engineering team that runs panel, automation, drive and safety applications end to end. We work under six main headings.
- 01
Control Panel Design and Build
From single-line diagram to commissioning
We design, build and hand over distribution, power factor correction and automation panels in line with the project specification, including field connections.
- Load analysis and single-line diagram
- Panel layout and heat-load calculation
- Component selection and supply
- 02
SCADA and Visualisation
Run the line from one screen
We build visualisation projects that bring line status, alarms and efficiency indicators together on a single screen.
- Signal list and tagging
- Alarm hierarchy design
- Operator screens
- 03
Drives and Motor Control
Inverter projects and axis control
In pump, fan, conveyor and press applications we control motors with drives to cut energy consumption and mechanical wear.
- Application and duty profile analysis
- Drive and motor sizing
- Harmonics and filter assessment
- 04
Machine Safety
Safety projects and risk reduction
From risk assessment to the safety circuit, we build architectures that protect the operator without stopping production.
- Hazard and risk analysis
- Definition of safety functions
- Component selection
- 05
Energy Efficiency
Measure, see, reduce
We measure where and how much your plant consumes, then bring the bill down with power factor correction and drive applications.
- Energy measurement and analysis
- Power factor and harmonic assessment
- Correction panel sizing
- 06
Commissioning and Service
Field support that shortens downtime
Commissioning, breakdown response and periodic maintenance support that increase your line's uptime.
- Commissioning
- Parameter backup
- Fault diagnosis and response
- 07
Industrial Machine Vision Systems
Quality control at line speed
We build camera-based inspection on the production line for surface defects, dimensional deviation, colour difference, labels and date codes, so a faulty product is removed before it reaches the next station.
- Defect inventory and acceptance criteria
- Camera, lens and lighting selection
- Surface, dimensional and colour inspection
We start an application from the outcome, not the material
The success of an application depends far less on which device is chosen than on asking the right questions at the start. That is why every job begins with measurement and an inventory of the current state: load list, running hours, heat load, fault history. Any capacity or saving figure given without that data is guesswork.
The team that sells the material being the same team that builds the project is where we make the biggest difference on site. Breaking capacity and discrimination are checked during selection, items are compared against the project drawing before dispatch, and a part found missing during commissioning can be completed from stock the same day. Responsibility is never split between supplier and subcontractor.
Every application we hand over is documented: single-line and layout drawings, terminal schedules, parameter backups, test records and a periodic inspection plan. That file shortens every later intervention and keeps the records an audit will ask for ready.
A four-step project flow
- 01
Site survey and needs analysis
We visit the site, review the existing installation and the production flow, and write down the expected outcome and constraints together.
- 02
Engineering and quotation
Calculations are made, the architecture is defined and the bill of materials is prepared. The quotation states scope, schedule and brand alternatives.
- 03
Supply and build
Materials come from stock or planned procurement; panel build and software development run in parallel.
- 04
Commissioning and handover
Installation, testing and operator training are completed. The project is handed over with drawings, parameter backups and test records.
What you are left with when the application is finished
Alongside a working system, you receive the documentation that lets you run it for years.

- 02Terminal and cable schedules
- 03Test report
- 04As-built documentation
- 05SCADA / HMI application
- 06Alarm and tag list
- 07User training
- 08Backup procedure
Our applications run mainly in the sectors below. For anything not listed, we start with an on-site survey.
- Food
- Plastics
- Metalworking
- Water and wastewater
- Textile
- Packaging
- HVAC and refrigeration
- Automotive suppliers
- Plastic injection
- Cold storage

Frequently asked about engineering applications
Do you provide engineering as well as supply?
Yes. We deliver turnkey engineering in control panel design and build, SCADA and visualisation, drives and motor control (inverter) projects, machine safety, energy efficiency, and commissioning and service.
How does a project progress?
In four steps: site survey and needs analysis, engineering and quotation, supply and build, commissioning and handover. Each step has a written output, and the project is handed over with drawings, parameter backups and test records.
Do you charge for a site survey?
The first survey and needs analysis meeting is free of charge. For energy analysis work that requires detailed measurement, the scope and fee are agreed in writing beforehand.
Can you retrofit my existing panel?
Yes. We inspect the condition, heat load and wiring layout on site, then present a comparison of whether a retrofit or a new panel is more economical.
Do you support after commissioning?
Yes. We offer breakdown response, periodic maintenance and spare parts planning. For critical equipment we recommend a stocked spare parts agreement, and we keep parameter backups on file.
Do you share references?
We share comparable applications and site photographs during the meeting, within the limits of our confidentiality agreements.
Have a project or a material list?
Send us your list; we return stock status, lead time and wholesale pricing the same day.
