Commissioning and Service

Commissioning, breakdown response and periodic maintenance support that increase your line's uptime.

Field support that shortens downtime

  • Commissioning record
  • Maintenance plan
  • Spare parts list
Method

Time spent on site costs more than materials. That is why we prepare a pre-commissioning checklist, parameter backups and a spare parts list. In a breakdown we confirm by measurement before intervening, and for critical equipment we recommend a stocked spare parts agreement.

Scope

  • Commissioning
  • Parameter backup
  • Fault diagnosis and response
  • Periodic maintenance
  • Spare parts planning
  • Operator training

Deliverables

  • Commissioning record
  • Maintenance plan
  • Spare parts list
When is it needed?

Does this apply to you?

If even one of these sounds familiar, it is worth a conversation. In the survey we first measure the current state together.

  • When a breakdown happens it is unclear who responds and how quickly.
  • There is no spare for critical equipment, so lead time stops production.
  • Drive and PLC parameters have never been backed up.
  • Maintenance happens after a failure; there is no planned programme.
Process

How we run this kind of project

  1. 01

    Inventory and criticality analysis

Equipment on site is listed and it is decided whose failure would stop production. The spare parts plan follows from this list.

  2. 02

    Backup and documentation

Drive parameters, PLC and HMI programs are backed up, and terminal schedules and drawings are updated. This is the single step that shortens response time the most.

  3. 03

    Periodic maintenance programme

Panel cleaning, connection torque checks, thermal inspection, fan and filter maintenance are put on a calendar.

  4. 04

    Breakdown response

We confirm by measurement before intervening. The root cause is recorded and an action is proposed to prevent a repeat.

Outcomes

We measure what changed when the project ends

Response time
Backed-up parameters and up-to-date drawings shorten time on site.
Unplanned downtime
Falls with planned maintenance and stocked spares.
Institutional memory
As fault records accumulate, recurring problems become visible.
Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked about Commissioning and Service

Do I have to sign a maintenance agreement?

No. We also handle one-off call-outs. On critical lines, though, an agreement helps with both spare parts availability and response priority.

Will you service a system installed by someone else?

Yes. We start by taking an inventory of the current state and closing documentation gaps. If the program is locked or drawings are missing, we say so up front.
